Meet the team

The phrase "work hard/ play hard" perfectly describes the him! team. The team is fun, committed, ambitious and always keen to learn.

Tom Fender is our Managing Director. He has been with the company for 11 years now and in that time has launched many new customer insight tracking programmes.

Mark Biscoe joined the him! team in December 2011 as Commercial Director and is responsible for keeping all our clients up to date with our latest research. He looks after our internal client facing team.

Natalie London is our General Manager, she is in charge of making sure the company and all our research programmes are ticking along smoothly.

We have a very simple company structure - Natalie's team take care of the office management, Mark's team looks after our client's and Tom's team look after all sales and marketing within the business.

We truly have a great team!
