Growing sales in pharmacies

Great to see some of you at the ‘Pharmacy Show’ this week where Natalie Button from him! shared some of the key findings from our Pharmacy Tracking Programme.  There was some great discussion around the fact that 43% of pharmacy shoppers who bought over-the-counter medicine received a specific recommendation from staff.  It just shows the phenomenal influence pharmacy staff have on purchasing decisions, especially as an amazing 99% of shoppers then went on to buy that product!
