Independent & symbol retailers are keen on NPD in 2012

We asked retailers during our on-site interviews for Cash and Carry Retailer 2011, what they planned to do MORE of in 2012. What did they tell us?

Well, almost 30% of them said that they would be stocking more new products. Improving their range and offering more promotions were also mentioned. But these are just 3 of almost 20 responses they gave to driving sales in 2012.
