him! research & consulting is delighted to announce that Jonathan James the award winning independent convenience retailer is joining the company as associate consultant with immediate effect.

Jonathan & Rebecca James have won many prestigious industry awards over the years including the most recent Forecourt Trader Awards 2011 for Best Display of Chilled Food - Witchford Road Service Station, Ely, Cambs and Best Environmentally Friendly Outlet - BP/Spar, Littleport Service Station, Ely, Cambridgshire.

Also at the recent Retail Industry Awards 2011 they were also highly commended in two key categories; Most Sustainable Retailer of the Year - Independent, James Graven, Spar, Littleport, Cambridgeshire and Forecourt Retailer of the Year Independent store up to 1,000sq ft - James Graven, Spar, Littleport, Cambridgeshire.

James Graven and Sons Ltd, is a 150 year old business from the Fens. James, who runs stores under both the Budgens and Spar fascias, has vast practical retail experience which fits perfectly with him!’s aim to turn research and insight into action for our clients.
