Will someone tell me what’s going on?

This week, we were discussing how pubs communicate to customers to let them know what’s going on, prompted by the fact that a staggering 54% of pub-goers are unaware of entertainment and future events at their local pub. 

One him!mer told of her local pub, who sends out an email every Wednesday to let its customers know what is going on over the next week or so. Apparently they also leaflet the surrounding roads. And once a week, the Manager stands outside the local train station in the evenings as commuters get off the train and hands out flyers.

But not ALL pubs go to such lengths to keep their customers well-informed!
