Operations Director

Natalie London is Operations Director of him! having joined the company in 2004. Natalie is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all internal systems and procedures at him!

Natalie previously worked for Nestle UK Limited (Rowntree Division) as Business Account Manager, managing Nestle biscuits and confectionery sales within the UK's managed forecourt business, ensuring the sustainable profit volume and value market share volumes were achieved in line with the commercial plan.

Prior to joining Nestle UK Limited, she worked for 5 years within the retail division of Conoco Limited, initially heavily involved in store re-development and the implementation of establishing a direct control operation.

Natalie then moved into Catergory Management, and during her time there was responsible for year-on-year double digit sales growth in confectionery, as well as other catergories, and managed the re-branding of over 30 in store bake-off operations.

Earlier in her career she spent time as Business Development Executive with ULG Consultants Limited and was responsible for the marketing and development of consultancy services for Northumbrian Water Group to the overseas aid funded sector.

Natalie lives in South West London with her husband James and their little girl.
