Londoners Turn To Convenience Stores For Food-To-Go

1 in every 3 visits to a convenience store in London is to buy food-to-go, according to research from him! But this food-to-go obsession differs considerably across the rest of the UK.
Food to go is growing nationwide but the research found it is not as much as a footfall driver elsewhere in the UK. In Scotland just 13% of convenience shoppers are buying food-to-go with footfall instead being driven by a ‘planned top up’ shop or ‘newsagent’ need.
