Research reveals the wholesale shoppers wish lists

Location and value for money are the two most important factors for wholesale customers choosing where they stock up, new research from Him! reveals.
Insights director at Him! Jill Livsey told the FWD Conference that the only cash and carry shoppers put location as the first consideration when choosing a depot, making value for money their second deciding factor, while delivered shoppers wanted first and foremost value for money, followed by reliability. Interesting, price only came in third place as a consideration for cash and carry retail shopping and not at all for caterers. For delivered retailers service was third on their list of priorities, while delivered caterers wanted a decent range.Read more >
