Molly has always enjoyed working in customer service and client facing roles, hence her initial career choice in foodservice which included managing top-end/Michelin restaurants in London before coming to him! to work in our client team and manage a base of 10 of our clients. As well as running, Molly is a keen snowboarder and has completed two ski-seasons (working as a restaurant manager in the Alps).
