3rd July Pub and bar customer feedback unveiling
him!'s pub and bar customer tracking programme (ontrack) is now in it's 2nd year. him! has now interviewed more than 12,000 pub and bar customers about their drinking and eating experiences.
him! has spoken to customers of the following operators: Greene King, Enterprise, Punch, Laurel, Mitchell's & Butler (O'Neill's and All Bar One) J.D. Wetherspoon, Shepherd Neame (at managed and tenanted).
This year him! has also conducted focus groups with 40 pub and bar customers, who are both pub users and non-pub users to understand why some do not visit pubs, why some visit pubs infrequently, and their whole pub experience so that we can identify ways in which to attract new customers and encourage existing customers to visit more frequently.
