This month, Carling brewer, Molson Coors will send out direct mail in the form of a personalised invite from a local landlord. The invite asks recipients to redeem the voucher for a pint of Carling in a participating pub (M&C Report).

Ontrack shows that ‘money off vouchers' would encourage just over 1-in-6 pub/bar customers to try a different wine brand and nearly 1-in-2 say it would encourage them to visit a pub/bar for food.
