Online consumer interviews:
With access to over 200,000 shoppers on an online panel, we can target very specific shoppers to deliver valuable insight.
Telephone consumer and retailer interviews:
Managers and staff are targeted in-store to capture “real-life scenario” responses.
Specific consumers can also be targeted to provide key insights.
Focus groups: In-depth sessions, with pre-recruited respondents.
