Methodology
We have interviewed shoppers at Martins, Mid-Counties Co-operative (Stars News), Rippleglen, Northcliffe and GT Retail gaining moment of truth shopper insights Face-to-face entry & exit interviews at the moment of truth, allowing benchmarking vs CTP where relevant.
In-store availability check Robust sample of 2,100 across these chains. Shoppers were interviewed on entry and on departure from stores.
Interviews were conducted across all days of the week and all times of the day.
