Launched in 2006, to reflect the growing share of caterers visiting cash & carry chains. The programme helps those working in the industry to better understand catering customers and their needs.

Over 3,500 caterers are interviewed face-to-face each year to help wholesalers and suppliers build strategies to grow foodservice sales.

Question areas include:

• Do they want promotions?
• How often do they change their menus, and what triggers this?
